Our goal at Hygiene Food Safety is to help individuals and businesses learn about hygiene and food safety. And to understand bacteria in the kitchen, so that they can build a solid foundation for a strong and sustainable food safety system. Hygiene Food Safety formed out of several years of food safety consulting in the food industry.
We focus on helping chefs, managers and staff by creating awareness, understanding and implementation of a hygiene and food safety system. We hope to create hygiene food safety ambassadors throughout the food industry. Where awareness, understanding and implementation fall into place. Thus, creating an effective, efficient and sustainable food safety environment.
We have not neglected the aspiring home chef. And we share our knowledge and information that is accessible and understandable to all. Home cooking carries the same risks as a hotel or restaurant kitchen. Especially because there has been a moving trend towards pre-prepared meals. This means we cater for the newbie, the trainee and those that have been in the industry for many years. We have found that all are in need of help in some form or another.
